Saban can coach great players AND get them to campus consistently.

There's nothing more to it. He isn't some God.

It's a valid point and not breaking news that Alabama has done a great job recruiting OL and we have not. That said, the difference between a 5 star and 4 star is not as wide as you think, especially on the OL where it is extremely hard to evaluate HS players at that position. As for none of them coming from Bama, well, no shite. Bama has to get out of state talent and the day that Georgia, Louisiana and Florida put up a fence they're screwed, they don't have the in state talent to compete.

Now, I'll take the Pepsi challenge with our DL against theirs any day of the f'ing week. The gap isn't as wide as you think.

We have not recruited even close to bama on the Oline. There is not even an argument to that. Bama gets talent from all over the US. LSU OL recruits mostly from LA, Fl, TX. Unfortunetly LA. does not produce top tier Ol recruits and we compete with many other schools in tx and Fl.

I think we will sign the best oline class we’ve had in recent memory this year. We have a 5 star tackle that’s gonna sign . He’s as solid a commit as there can be . He’s gonna sign

Did we even recruit the Brockermeyer kids out of Ft. Worth? Really rubs me the wrong way to have elite OL leaving Texas and skipping over LSU

Bama has the best coach ever and has won 6 of the last 12 titles. It's easy for them to recruit the best there is, but I also heard they were light years ahead of LSU before 2019 as well when LSU went 15-0 and had the best season ever with beating 7 teams ranked in the final top 25.

Last year, Alabama signed 5 OL in the top 37 in the country! That group included the two top-rated offensive lineman in the country, along with the 10th, 30th and 37th ranked OL in the country. All were from out of the state of Alabama! LSU had one player - No. 17 Garrett Dellinger - in the TOP 50!

Oregon and Georgia both got two tackles the top 10 for 2021. Why do they suck?
