Leavitt is too big of a risk with the injury. Chambliss was never getting the waiver. Or getting it in time.
Sorsby would be the only one I would consider a miss and his gf goes to TT. There are still lots of quality qb’s in the portal Lane and Weis can develop.

Yes but Lane just recruited a d2 QB that got his team to the semis...so far.
I'm not worried. I know next year realistically at this point is a sizable rebuild with all the transfers.

I live in Texas, have a son graduate from Tech, and hosted a 30 person Tech party for their game vs Oregon. They seem confident and almost guaranteed that Sorsby going to Lubuck.

I'd like to have an established QB but I have confidence that if we miss out on the top targets, this staff will find next year's Chambliss. The players leading Ole Miss in the playoffs weren't huge names in last year's portal.
