Can players just get a number and keep it all the way through? I know there are probably players that had a good year with #7, but I can’t remember many.

Look back at the rosters where #7 was given to a leader and look how it went. It’s a curse.

Totally agree. 7 should be retired and the players deemed worthy of wearing it should get a patch like Will Campbell wore

Delpit was hurt the whole season and had plays that were the polar opposite of 2018, when was amazing. He was also part of the best assembled team ever, so you win a lot of things. Just ask the Oline what Burrow won them.
