Well, it was bullshite. Benge should have finished the whole game. We would have given up less than 10 runs.

Jay loves to take out pitchers with 2 outs. This can’t be a winning analytic. Leave the pitcher who got 2 outs alone. The new guy is, well a new guy and coming in cold. Don’t start Evans in the 6th. Unforced error there.
The PACE of the game sucks. Too much thinking and not enough playing the game. JMO.

I feel Jay yanked him too early! The kid was pitching pretty good and I felt he could pitch around his one mistake. C'mon Jay...you've watched others come to the mound and threw crap from the get-go, only to let them in for a few innings before finally pulling them. Rizy comes to mind!

If by a miracle the Tigers get hot and run off 10 wins and and get into a regional is he good?
He has had a bad year , but that is more indicative of the lack of hits in the portal.then it has to do w/ coaching.

Look, I like JJ and hope he turns it around next year (this year is a lost cause) and last nights interview was a public apology and introspective on mistakes made. Not a stubborn Les Miles or O response. We can build on this.
