Lol.

All things aside, I'd rather see my team playing for a national championship right now instead of a shitty 9-3 season. All things aside.

Yall are misunderstanding what I said

The reading comprehension on this board is back in awful form, anyone should be able to understand what you wrote.

How did LSU end up in such a mediocre bowl with a crappy opponent while Tenn is playing on new year's day vs a top 15 opponent?

This is it. The sharp politics is one of the several reasons Saban left for the NFL. That and the guys in the TAF who would do anything he wanted not having enough pull to get things done HIS WAY.

You're making this up. Politics had nothing to do with him leaving and the TAF gave him EVERYTHING he wanted and had the pull and $$$ to do it.

Do you honestly believe we would've lost to McNeese????
Yes we played 12 and won 3 but there is NO WAY had the McNeese game been played that we did not win.

10 win seasons meant something when they played 11 games and maybe one rent a win. Not as great now.

The root of all negative things for LSU fans, Alabama sucess. We will always compare LSU to Alabama and fall short.

Why must we always fall short? Fatalistic horseshite. Alabama has zero intrinsic advantages over LSU. We kicked the crap out of Alabama in the first half of the 2000s when we had the better coaches.

26 teams won 10+ games this season... out of 128 teams (20%)

14 teams won 10+ games in 2000 out of 107 teams (13%)
