If Verge is involve in the decision making he will probably take the guidance of Ryan Clark. They are two racist look a likes. What has Verge ever done to be in the position he has been in for so long. To have him in charge will simply mean LSU is going to make a DEI hire and there isn't a black ooach out there worthy of this position. That is just a fact.

Because LSU is gonna LSU. They’re gonna do a farce of a search for a new AD and then end up promoting Verge. He should’ve been fired when it came to light that the university covered up the sexual assault allegations against Les Miles, not to mention the women’s tennis team fiasco. Somehow he survived. It’s common speculation that he knows where a lot of bodies are buried, so to speak, and that’s why LSU has kept him on so long.
