fricking Doctors and shite taking years to payback loans and grind to eventually crawl out and make bank...

Kids who never played a down in college getting 10 million.

Makes complete sense.

They need to quit pretending this is amateur sports. They need to put rules in place that they have to sign a binding contract.

No. Make them have to sit out a year unless head coach leaves. Then only then a free one time transfer

This! Go back to sit out a year unless coach leaves (fired on moves on).

The 1 year sit rule is the only thing that can mitigate this. Kids are trying to get through the system as fast as they can and get to the NFL. Make em sit and wait, and this pretty much goes away.

No way this is sustainable.
No doubt about it, it's going to burn to the ground

Ever raised a child? Imagine that child with F-you money!

Sure these kids will be teachable

I think that a player should have to stick with the school they sign with for two years and only be able to transfer once, after that. NIL needs to be capped.

LINK

NCAA and DOJ reached a settlement on this already. The federal government also just banned employers from
enforcing noncompete agreements for most employees.

It extends beyond sports. Go visit your nearby HS and check out how discipline is handled these days.

Unanimous bogus ruling

Applied laws that aren’t meant for sports, didn’t consider the prudence or ramifications.
