He does not make 9MM. Maybe he has the potential to make that much, but he won’t. He didn’t make his full contract last season and won’t this either. For example, a NC is worth 500000 incentives which isn’t what he collected. 10 wins is worth 100000. I mean look at the contract.

Max playing...improved some at the end of season

And this season? If anything Max has regressed.

If you honestly believe that the offense looked great last season you're a bigger goof than I thought.

Not liking it is inconsequential. He made the hires so it’s on him to fix it.

Coach said last night that his Oline improved. That’s where his compliments stopped regarding LSU’s offense

The O line looked bad against McNeese. And Ed thinks that is improvement?

so most of you bitch and cry that O doesn't know the offensive side of the ball and blame him when offense isn't playing well. that is some retarded logic

Is he or is he not the head coach?
Is he or is he not the one hiring the offensive coaches?
Is he or is he not the one who tells his assistants what system he wants to run?

He may not know how to coach offense but he’s the one responsible for bringing people in who do.

As much as I dislike O…I think he’ll demand up-tempo and we’ll see much more up-tempo on offense…which will be more successful than the waiting til 3 sec on the clock IMO. If the pace on offense remains the same..there really is no hope for this team.

Does he know anything that’s going on within his football team? He’s merely a promoter and complainer nchief

He doesn’t like his OC taking so long to choose plays, he doesn’t like the plays being called, he doesn’t like his running backs not making yardage, he doesn’t like his QB not making plays. And he genuinely seemed scared of losing to Central Michigan.

Maybe he should have hired on Offensive Coordinator instead of hiring someone who wanted to be an Offensive Coordinator

So he’s blaming the OC. He should probably start taking a look at himself.

It's one in the same. It all falls back on him.

I have no idea why Ensminger didn’t have a part in picking the new OC

Not saying he should’ve made the choice but I would rather him looking at candidates before O

I’m with ya baw! Whatever is best for LSU. I’ll be saying something positive tomorrow on LSU for Sunshine Friday. Being negative all week is simply unhealthy for everyone.

Orgeron is involved with the offense and game planning. He looks and he listens. He’s just not sure what he’s looking at or listening to.

Sec stat cat is a good follow on Twitter for advanced metrics…he’s releasing his league stats today for various categories, LSU is near or at the bottom for all them. This is with an fcs team included.

This is one thing that wouldn't come up in Spring or Summer. I believe if you fix that then a lot of other pieces fall into place.

Probably that he makes $9 million a year to fix mistakes and not just point them out.
The first step in fixing problems is recognizing that you have a problem. Which means he is one step ahead of where the former coach would be.

He’s been on the first step since Week 1 of 2020. At some point he and his staff do actually have to fix something.
