Plenty more in '17 Media guide (I've never seen any of the legacies you mention )

LSU traded this in for 10-25.

Miles won a national title you stupid fuch. O led a perennial bottom feeder to new lows.

Don’t compare Farmer Fran to champion.

I truly believe losing the bowl game cost LSU $3 million. If they beat ND the atmosphere would be upbeat even with this coordinator BS. If they go 9-4 or 10-3 next year they would get another year. Now, things are so negative that at 9-4 it will be impossible to retain Orgeron. That means we’ll pay $6 million after 2018 rather than $3 million after 2019.

Saban was responsible for Miles early success. His coaching slowly deteriorated the program to where it is now

There is no way that Orgeron is fires after going 9-4 next year. That is stupid.

Strange phenomenon - if you don't come to tRant or listen to local sports radio, there isn't really much going on.

Miles had more success with Saban's recruits than he did.

At least he had a history of success here.

Yeah man, that's why he found a new head coaching job immediately after being fired from LSU for gross incompetence.

Miles never had the luxury of excuses and hypocrisy from the fanbase that Edward Orgeron enjoys.

How do you know? No one could understand a damn word he said because no one spoke Miles speak.

Miles wasn't Cajun or he wasn't a position before he got the HC position at LSU.

t's true.
I have seen posts here, and talked to people IRL who STILL hate Les Miles exactly because he :
1. Came out on the Monday night in September of 2005 with a Britney Spears head set.
2. Had the audacity to be caught on camera looking for his wife in the seating area, and asking "Where's my wife?"
3. For pumping his fist in excitement as the teams left the field for halftime.

His teams played in two national championship games, and won it once. Lost the other one likely because of his shortcomings, but that 2005-1/9/12 run was unprecedented, and even after 1/9/12 while disappointing, was still pretty good.

But Tiger fans have never forgotten or forgiven that first home game, and it defies logic, it borders on all-out misery and hatred for no. good. reason.

Yes, it was time by the end of 2015 what with the promises, and the loyalty. Many good coaches have lost jobs due to such loyalty, Ed Orgeron will be another, but Les Miles had this fault, Jim Mora had it, and even Bum Phillips had it. It's really sad to say that loyalty can be a fault in football.

But the blind hatred of Les Miles based on pre-game and one half of football in 2005...yes, he had blowback. At least we know that 0 sucks, and maybe deserves it. Looking back, Les Miles didn't.

Damn...is that why he still can't get a job. Poor thing.
