The "true loss" from the ole miss game....

would be a lack of confidence and swagger we saw in the first two games, resulting in losses as we move down the schedule. We are still in a good position for CFP (provided we learn from the mistakes of last Saturday) and ole miss will stumble at some point. Put 9/19 in the can by the curb and move on like it never happened.

I think this team needed a reset though. We coasted against La Tech and played scared first half against OM.

The true losses are Spears out for the season, and Green (potentially) out for at least 3-6 weeks.

I'm not a Florida fan but I'm gonna pray tonight when I go night night that they somehow beat ole miss this weekend.
I can't wait to next year when they are lost without Trinidad and Lane runs the score up.

At the end of the day, it's an SEC loss in a season that was bound to have a few of them. Good thing is in this current era you are afforded 2 minimum, maybe 3. I always figured you'd lose one between Ole Miss / TAMU, hope to get through October unscathed, and then lose 1 between Bama/Texas/Tennessee. Our road just became a lot harder, but it's still doable.
