The second best Qb LSU will face

will be in Tiger Staduim a week from Sat. Edwards is that good. Agree or disagree. He reminds me of a smaller version of Pat White.

I think Stafford is over rated, and have never seen the Edwards kid play. I say Tebow is by far #1 and I'll say Crompton is #2. We'll see him in the SEC 'ship game

Hell, John Parker Wilson is a better QB than Edwards. Edwards is a terrific runner and playmaker, but average passer at best

well tac i'm telling you this edwards kid is good he made michigan look like morons last year. he fast as lighting and keeps his composure. coach jerry moore trust him to make the right decision in the heat of battle. he's good but LSU will still beat the hair off appy states head

A quarterback's ratings is greatly influenced by the team around him and the team in front of him.

I think JPW is a bitchy little girl, but he still puts up some yards against us. If not for a great play call and play by Chad Jones JPW may have upset us last year. I'm just kind of tired of this "Armanti Edwards is a great QB" talk. And it's coming from everywhere and outside of one game no one can compare anything. I don't care if he ran for 300 yards against the Citadel. We aren't the Citadel and when he beat Michigan they weren't Michigan. I can garuntee he will not be the 2nd best QB we face all year.

2nd best QB you play....that is tough to say
You can't really make this argument for anyone other than Tebow...It is just different types of Offense. Armanti runs the spread as good as anyone in the country. His reads are easy to make and quick routes make the key to his passing game...some of the biggest plays we have are when he starts running around, you know the old fashion no no no yes yes yes play
Stafford and Crompton are great passers but it is so hard to compare a QB with such different styles...the argument can be made for either.
It is hard enough to find the best QB on your own team...
there are 2 QBs in college football that can score and make something happen on any play. Pat White and Armanti Edwards.
Armanti hasn't played a defense as fast as LSU, and I am very excited about this game, Les Miles and Jerry Moore are gonna have these guys ready to play.

Troy's qb is pretty good but his o-line will not be able to let him show off his talent much against our d-line. but the second best will be stafford.
