Luckily, there are a lot more middle aged fat guys who support the coaching staff. And some old fat guys too.

with major improvements shown on offense

If we're 11-1 next year, you're really going to care how many style points the offense gets? That's insane to me. At 11-1, the offense will have been good enough to win ELEVEN games! That's good enough for me.

11-1 and we're probably in the playoffs. But you won't be happy if we we're still only scoring 28 points/game?

I get that you are trying to be nice and play the middle here, but it's a fact that there are plenty of better offensive coaches than the Coach O/Coach E combination.

I wasn't really trying to be anything. IMO, they're are better coordinators than Ensminger and quite a few at that. But, that doesn't mean that he's a failure.

At 11-1, you won't hear a peep from me. That would mean LSU beat everyone they were supposed to beat, with a loss on the road @ Alabama

bingo. that's how most of the top kids end up where they end up. Only Bama at this point can stack them 3 deep

This is one of the low points of the Idiotic ranter board. Day before signing day and the dumbest idiots in the world are on an LSU board talking shite and crying about the LSU head coach and wanting him fired

There's no way that they're this stupid. They're all trolling. They have to be, nobody is this fricking retarded. Apparently asking any one of them to have a serious and rational discussion is too much. The best thing to do is sit and laugh at their supreme stupidity and let it go.

Wouldn't it be a pretty safe assumption that at 11-1 the offense would be significantly improved?

And the 2011 offense was good enough to win 13.

And in 2012 the offense was good to win 10 games, and go 10-2.

Yet it was clear studrawa wasn’t the answer at OC.

We should always be striving to improve every aspect of our team.

We have all decided at some point that we’d have to sacrifice our defense to I prove Our offense, and Bama and Clemson are proving that’s just not true.

Not necessarily. This year's offense that you hated was good enough to win 11 games. It had us in the lead late in the 4th quarter against Florida and up until the final play against A&M.

GA loses #2 running back in country because of depth and turns around and probably lands #1 running back in country

That's valid, but a little beside the point. The person I was responding to said 11-1 wasn't good enough next year. The team needed to be 11-1 AND show significant improvement on offense for it to be considered a good year.

You know what man? frick this place. It’s become an unbearable cesspool of fricking idiots

We had a solid OP, with a great article about the state’s best RB, who is coming to LSU, and we had a grand total of 1 or maybe 2 posts discussing it, then the thread turned into...yep you guessed it... a furious debate about our coaching staff.

frick this place man, y’all are some miserable MFers. You can’t even have discussions around here without it resorting to ‘fire this guy’ or ‘fire that guy’ or ‘CLM did this and that’... it’s nauseating man, holy shite

Mmhmmmm

Giving all the credit to Ensminger and Joseph for bringing in Emory didn’t invite this discussion at all.

Come on man.

Justify it however you want, but it’s fricking old man

ETA - meh, I guess the thread title did provoke the conversation.. guess I came in a little too hot. I still stand by my opinion though

I would agree. If LSU is 11-1 with the same offensive performance then that means the defense must have be lights out. It would be an great season, but at the same time a bad offense is a bad offense. And I'm not saying the offense needs to be elite, but for frick sakes is it too much to ask for an offense that ranks in the top 50?

Are you ok? You've been having total meltdowns all over the place lately. Holidays have you stressed out?

It did and I think it may have been fine, but the first response was...

So, it wasn't the negative guys that started this time. It probably would have ended there anyways, but it was the first response that got this one going.

The NATION'S best running back - depending on what recruiting service you go by.

Idiots just can't stand for themselves or anyone else to be happy about anything.

OP: "Two coaches played big rolls in one of the top RB's in the country deciding to attend LSU".

Idiot ranter: "We need to fire the head coach". "What do you think he needs to mess up to make that happen?"
