The question was asked, how are the players reacting?

Let’s ask Stingley, Boutte, and Brennan.
This is a disaster if epic proportions. Transfer portal here we come.

What? Haha. YOu named 3 players that are genuinely hurt.

Yes, they're hurt, but it's October and they're shutting it down for the year. This is reminiscent of the crap that Fournette pulled to save his body and his NFL draft stock. He didn't even try to come back, only now all of our key players are doing it.

This is a dumb take. All 3 have broken bones or major surgeries. What the hell do you expect??

They cannot play. They are hurt. Please read the two very short sentences before this one.

As much as we all want to see O gone we have to rally around the kids. Going to games for the rest of the season will be miserable but the kids need the support.

Huh? Didn't even try to come back? He got hurt twice during the season (once pre-season) and came back both times, and even played THROUGH injury against Florida and then sat out against TAMU and the bowl game. He was hurt the entire year and still played more than half the games.

quote:not exactly true. LF7 came back too early at first and shouldn't have been playing; was really struggling on that ankle.

So him sitting was precipitated by coming back too early.

I sincerely think all 3 of these guys would come back this season and play if they could. Boutte will be back. He and Max have good chemistry.

quote:Huh? Fournette missed time but still played sporadically through the end of the regular season. I was there when he obliterated Ole Miss on one ankle.

He didn't shut it down until the bowl game.
