Downvoting anything truthful that may shine a negative light on the administration... linking crappy fluff pieces on this site, like it matters...

Thanks Billy... tell me something about yourself

I'm just happy there will be LSU football next season. I don't care if they win or lose. Imagine and world without LSU football... wow. We are lucky.

To be fair, the whole site isn't like that.

quote:

Ensminger won’t be a disaster as the OC. He promises to give LSU the sustained mediocrity on that side of the ball we’ve gone accustomed to for the past decade. I expect we’ll still have an efficient offense that doesn’t turn the ball over that much but lacks excitement and big play ability, just like the year before, and the year before that. He’s also a competent professional, loyal to the school, and by all accounts, and all-around decent guy. He’s a steward, and a deflating hire for a fanbase that craves a savior.

And don’t think LSU doesn’t know this is a disappointing hire for the fanbase. They have internet connections. There’s also a reason they leaked the news during the national title game, in a fairly transparent effort to dump the news, so it would get lost in the hoopla of the big game.

Orgeron then doubled down on the coaching hire by promoting Jerry Sullivan from consultant to the passing game coordinator. Mickey Joseph will stay on as the WR coach. So, in order to help modernize the offense, Orgeron has tabbed a 73-year old vet who was LSU’s receivers coach from 1984-90.

quote:

The truth of the matter is that either Orgeron think Ensminger is the best guy for the job or that he made a search for a new OC and couldn’t find anyone he liked who would take the job. Neither option is all that encouraging.

quote:

Hey, but at least Alabama didn’t win the national title last night on a pass to the top Louisiana prospect last year. Oh, damn it.

quote:

t was a bad day in nearly every way a team can have a bad day in the offseason absent an arrest or scandal. The worst thing is that it really looked like the program was headed for some good vibes in the wake of the Aranda signing, and now it seems like an instance of one step forward, two steps back.

Quite a few things, but lets take one... the implied claims SE called games that set records against a decent opponent

Mizzou, ole miss, and a&m were all shite run defenses(indisputable fact), yet the author is here boasting of it as it were Bama... brown nosing SE every chance he gets

The real thing that's puzzling is that all these posters who have less than 20 posts to their name are coming with the same narrative and fluff propaganda at the same time...

Earlier today there were none, and legitimate posts of discontent were treated fairly vote wise... now, the same posts are being downvoted more than usual... it is clear the marching orders are out

I think that whole concept of “propagandists” spinning is ridiculous and borderline psychotic.

Tigerdroppings is not the whole Tiger universe and what is said here is meaningless.

No one cares enough to spin.

Speaking as an acquaintance of Billy’s and the circumstances of his time working for LSU, I promise you he is not spinning for the athletic department. Out of respect for his privacy, I will not write anymore about him. I will only say that the OP has no idea what the hell he is talking about.

It’s a puff piece article with just rampant rumors and the same half assed “wait and see” moral.

We have 0 idea what his playbook looks like. He hasn’t developed a quarterback in the lifespan of his current QBs.

And the article totally dismissed the Alabama game, like we should just get over how he looked vs the only good team he coaches against in 2016.

Basically he looked good last year when we could run at will and Danny could just chuck up lob balls deep into 1-1 coverage. It was the same shite we’ve run for a decade only we didn’t pack it on when we got up.
