Shut the frick up you piece of shite…
It’s 2024…. Nobody is stopping black children from having a good upbringing with opportunities for advancement except their own fathers

If she played for another team, the sheep on this board would loathe her.

No, they don’t because black families can’t keep fathers in the household.

Angel wasn’t perfect by any stretch, but she worked harder than most elite athletes, and without her LSU has no ring.

My second question is equally simple to answer.
If you believe that the average black kid does not have the same chance for success as the average white kid (as you just said you believed), wouldn't it mean that it would be helpful if black women who didn't get pregnant and who went to college would reach out as role models to black girls?

Your pivot is obvious. I’m not playing this stupid arse game with you. Black culture is broken, yet people like you will refuse to accept the black community’s responsibility for it, yet will only blame white people for it, hence your original question about black kids not having the same opportunities
So you tell me. What opportunities do white children have that black children aren’t privy to? Can’t wait to see these mental gymnastics
You’re a clown bro. You’re the boards biggest SJW. Congrats

Taking into account how everything in this country caters to black people these days…. Absofrickinglutley.
Fact you gloss over this fact is partly what’s wrong.
Take some personal responsibility in your life is my best advice.
Opportunities are there. If you aren’t smart enough to take advtg of them then you don’t deserve help.
Sell drugs, be a thug, stay illiterate have 14 kids out wedlock and spend your life poor and in and out of jail.
This thread sucks.
They should Delete it.

It's the parents that have the overwhelming impact on a kid's future.
Why do you think Asian and Indian kids outperform white kids in America? It's not the "system." It's the family.

Why black girls and not girls?

Wow, you can't think of any reason. Like maybe there is a subset of girls who live with very little hope, who maybe have been told their whole life, rightly or wrongly, that because of how they look they will never get a fair shot. And maybe seeing someone who succeeds who looks like them and comes from the same type of area might be motivational.

Victim mentality: off [ON]
Blacks don’t get a fair shot at basketball because they’re black?…thats news to me.
Would Skenes get in trouble for saying similar things? Yes or no?
So does that mean there is a double standard? Of course there is. Some folks are in a protected class, completely immune from criticism. Must be nice to have that privilege.
It seems there is a lot of anger directed at Angel Reese because she wants to be a role model to the girls that look like her.
Everyone seems to agree that black girls are less likely to be successful than white girls. You say that it's because "Black culture is broken" and "because black families can’t keep fathers in the household."
Then doesn't it make perfectly good sense for a successful black woman who has not been an unwed mother and who has gone to college to be a role model to girls that look like her?
If you're right about the reason why the average black kid does not have the same chance of success as the average white kid, don't you want Angel Reese to try to fix the broken black culture?
If you're right about the reason why the average black kid does not have the same chance of success as the average white kid, don't you want Angel Reese to be a role model to show that a black girl can be successful if she does not get pregnant out of wedlock and if she goes to college?

I'm just asking if there is a bigger need for Angel Reese to be a role model to girls who look like her.
Why do so many people have a problem with Angel Reese messaging to the very demographic that so many people find to be particularly at risk regardless of the cause?
