That's not a tough call at all. You pitch your best two guys in the first two games. Win those and the regional is yours. If Bouman lays an egg in game three you just play it again later. If he does it in game one you have to fight out of the losers' bracket. Houston will be as tough as Rice, Houston beat them 3 times this year. Texas or A&M will be the super regional opponent.

LSU is "the" flagship university of the LSU system. UL@L "IS NOT" the flagship university of the UL system. How their fans want to refer to their team is their business. The UL system refers to them as UL@L cause they don't have flagship status.
