The official "it makes me sick to watch CWS without LSU"

quote:

@_robanderson: Tonight's Game 4 CWS attendance is 23,393. We're now at 95,401 through 4 games, which is 5,510 behind last year.

Will continue to decline.

Literally forgot the college world series was even going on.

It's so irrelevant unless LSU is in it.

Some people are saying that they can't watch the lack of offense and no LSU in CWS at TDA...

UC Irvine 3 - Texas 1

Vandy 5 - Louisville 3

TCU 3 - Texas Tech 2

Virginia 2 - Ole Miss 1

So they are watching the lack of offense and no LSU in the World Cup instead?

Switzerland 2 - Ecuador 1

France 3 - Honduras 0

Argentina 2 - Bosnia and Herzegovina 1

WC has seen a pretty good amount of scoring

3 goals is a lot for soccer, and no ties yet either. Good World Cup so far.

A lot of sour grapes stuff going on, but each to our own.

I don't know how one claims to love a college sport, but doesn't want to watch the sport's final event play out.

Imagine the football championship played every year at a field where its impossible to complete a pass over 20 yards

I guess I'm not the "true" college baseball fan I thought I was.

Even when LSU was eliminated, I was still planning on watching the CWS if UL-L made it.

When they lost last Monday night, it's like the season ended.

I didnt even realize until today that college baseball was still going on- and I won't be watching any of it.

A lot of people talk about the new bats, and how the game is more like MLB now.
I don't watch much MLB at all, but there is no way ^ that scenario happens in the bigs.

I'm watching it but it is really frustrating to watch at times. All this talk about outfield playing very shallow, if it's hit in the air it's an out, bunting in the first inning, small ball. The CWS is still very fun to watch and especially to go to but it's not the same as the blatt.

Not a chance you see that happen in a big league game.
