I choose this:

3. LSU lost to #2 and #4. They recruit scholarship athletes and pay their coaches millions to produce a winner. Unfortunately LSU came up short in those games. But losing to those teams does not mean there is a structural flaw in the program, it's players, or it's coaches. Sometimes the other team plays and coaches better- as Bama and Florida can tell you from their own losses

As a one time event, I agree with your point, but that is not the case. We have 2010 ,2011, 2012 which is a clear trend of losing the big games. He lost all of them over that span from which the NC came from the SEC West. The SEC West! He has got to beat the teams of the West or LSU is dog meat. Why is this difficult for so many to understand?

If he trips next year while an SEC bunk mate prospers, things get hotter for CLM from my limited perspective. What, other than winning the SEC and potentially the NC are his goals for the football program? Please explain.

no sorry, you choices are strawmen.

LSU does have a lot of talent. But so do other teams. Using the Rivals recruiting rankings as a guide going back to 2008 LSU ranking 11, 2, 6, 6 I'll use scout for 2012 because the Rivals ranking was too low and doesn't count Hill , that was 7. So our last 3 classes were 6,6 and 7. Where are we ranked again?

By contrast, Bama was 1,1,5,1,1. The other team we lost to, Florida ranked 3, 11, 2, 12* coaching change, 3.

Now i realize those rankings are not proven facts and flawed, but they are a guide. Bama also has had more guys drafted and their current roster has more projected draft picks than LSU. So yes we have talent, which invalidates your 2nd choice. But that talent is not greater than the top teams we play and is often greatly exaggerated by fans and boosters.

My point is self-evident, Mr. Chalktoe. If LSU cannot beat 'Bama, it will not go anywhere in the CFB universe besides the Chick-A-Droppings Bowl. Is that clear enough? Put down the peyote pipe, bro.

But LSU can beat bama.

The best thing about miles is that he will continue to keep the program elite and stay at lsu a long time while at the same time continue making horrible shitty fans like white tiger completely miserable.

Ok, now I'm pretty hopeful that you've just been fricking with everyone.

Isn't Miles .500 against top ten teams since he's been here? Didn't he beat two top ten teams this year? Didn't he win the original "game of the century" last year? Didn't he win the SEC CG last year?

This is usually the first goal and he accomplished this less than 12 months ago. In fact we are still the sec champions until the end of that game saturday. So he won a championship and accomplished the first goal of every season.

According to your previous posts months ago, winning the SEC doesn't matter. Only a NC matters.

I'm not going to dig trough your posts to find it but you and many like you posted that.

OK, here it is:

Lost to Auburn in 2010
Lost to a Satan team he should not have had to play twice
Lost to UF and to Satan again, the latter at home no less. All games were mistake filled Roman circus style losses, esp 1/9. He lost to Ole Miss because of poor clock management, read that complete lack of situational awareness in game. That is unforgivable.

Now, he will be in a ZERO bowl with nothing to gain except a tarnished record with a season ended with a loss. This team played very poorly all year. The defense even pitched in for the last two contests with crap performances. This is not a well coached team. Periold. Tell me where I am wrong?

Are you really bringing up a loss from 2 years ago? What about what we did to Auburn the following year? Don't bring that up.

I agree. You know why? Because we already beat them, at their house. (This also should show you that we can beat Alabama, don't give me that "if you say so" garbage) Yet you leave that out since it's Saban but if the same thing happens to Miles, you say he can't coach.

Also, since you brought up 2010, look at the final score in the Alabama game that year.

I just did but go ahead and twist it around so you "aren't."

We are actually ranked 6th over the past 5 recruiting cycles.

Bama
USC
UT
FSU
UF
LSU

Aub and UGA are behind us. We are not the most talented team in the country. Bama is. Now you could also argue the point of our #18 ranked class last year. The same one fans like white tiger bitched about. yet we are the most talented team? There really is no such thing. there are about 10 teams that are equally talented with another 5 being rt there.

In a five year time span teams like clemson, nd, ohio state, tamu, michigan, stanford, miami, oklahoma, ucla, oregon, uga, bama, uf, fsu, ut, usc, uga, and auburn have all had classes ranked higher than LSU.
