Pretty good. I enjoyed the call last year in the Cap One Bowl. About 12 secs left, no timeouts, so we run a slip screen to the middle of the field with absolutely no intention or chance of getting out of bounds.
Gamble on our team getting the first down and managing the clock correctly with no margin for error with our previous history. Good job Gary.

Short side off tackle read-option into stacked line on the short side of the field
That will be GC legacy play call

My particular favorite is when he would line up the tight end on the same side of the field as the receiver on the line of scrimmage making the tight end ineligible. Then you motion the receiver on the other side of the field into basically an h-back position to cut off backside penetration. At this point everyone in the stadium knows he's running an iso to the tight end side and it gets stopped at the line of scrimmage. This was run 10 to 12 times a game over the last 2 years.

His greatest playcall ever may be the non-play call.
Ball on the 1 yard line. Clock at 0:25 seconds and winding down. Third down and you have no timeouts.
What would Bill Belchick do? He'd spike it.
What would Vince Lombardi do? He'd spike it.
What would Tom Landry do? He'd spike it.
But what would Gary Crowton do?
He'd run a complete package change onto the field and not call a play.
The man was a genius.

That slip screen was a thing of beauty considering Lafell had to cut on a dime in the middle of 4 ft of mud in order to get the first. Did Crowton not realize how crappy the middle of that field was after 4 quarters of football?

Is this a serious question?
Has Crowton ever realized any unforeseen condition at any point in any game and decide to adjust his offense accordingly?

Crowton doesn't adjust to the field, the field adjusts to crowton

That screen pass in last years Capitol One Bowl was without a doubt one of the worst things I've ever seen.

The 4th and 6 call with 3+ minutes left in the Auburn game has to be in the top 10.
We run shotgun 70% of the time, yet on a crucial play like that, we have Jarrett Lee behind center, dropping back, when T-Bob has been violated by Fairley all day long.

I love what the running back does after he tosses the ball back to the quarterback on that flea flicker. He just stands there, looking at the quarterback while a defender blitzes right by him.

Yep T-bob was violated by a bunch of D-linemen over the past couple of years.
