The problem with the 2:30 CBS game is with all the commercials it takes 4 to 5 hours to play. No other network takes a commercial break after a score and after the kickoff. Takes the crowed out of the game.

Because CBS sets their CFB schedule before the season starts and they don't change it. Petitions will do no good for this season, who knows what the future can hold though

his take was that LSU fans are a bunch of ingrates, and have no idea the amount of lobbying, work, money, and exposure that they're getting. Nor how many schools competing for the very thing we're complaining about.

guys, Lsu has no choice. CBS pays the SEC 55 million to have first choice at SEC game for their 2:30 slot.

I didn't bother reading through all the posts. But, if there's a petition, it should be re: Gary and Vern's consistent mistakes in their "color commentary" about LSU and the players. Considering we play on CBS several times each year, they should at least be able to learn the correct information. On the other hand, Tracy knows her shite.
I miss Todd Blackledge. He was solid when he was with CBS and continues to be with ESPN.

I hate CBS for only showing 2 prime time games per season. If they would do that on a weekly basis LSU would have more night games.
2:30 games suck for the home fans, but bitching and signing petitions isn't going to change a thing.
And it's way better than playing at 11:20 just to get on TV at all.
