Traffic.

People used to stay on campus longer after the games when you could tailgate all over.

Now it’s a mad dash to leave.

Yes. Baton Rouge is a utopian paradise. Shootings on game days. Culture galore. Beautiful chem plants as far as the eye can see.

Unfortunately, including the players.

Kelly’s entire tenure has basically been post losing the title game Les.

Which he eventually was fired for. But he never got embarrassed by vandy and the cult in college station.

LSU has endured far worse than a couple of losses in football.

It's not just LSU fans, or Tiger Stadium. There are indications of "empty stadiums" everywhere. And it is going to get MUCH WORSE!

They RUINED College Football!

A Centuries Old Game, Tradition that was integral to American culture, society & immensely watched, followed, supported by the masses.

And they fundamentally, significantly "changed" it drastically.

But rather than focussing on the many serious changes, like shortening the game, changing the rules or NIL; I'm going to tell you what I believe is the Paramount reason that has, is & will Kill It!

TV COMMERCIALS!

With the world & everyone now embedded in the Information Age, Internet, Streaming, etc.....Who still tolerates, subjects themselves to Commercials!?I hav'nt watched one tv commercial in over 15 years! And I WILL Not. Actually, I now find that I simply CAN NOT! It is Torture!

I can not imagine sitting in a stadium, watching a game where any momentum, excitement is constantly Broken/Interrupted with 9+ minutes of commercials every 11 minutes (or less)! You are held captive, stuck, stranded.

It has ruined the very nature of the sport, strategy, game itself. I could not, will not sit through these commercials....,..even @ home, much less during a 3.5 hour game in which I had to prepare, leave 5 hours ago & will continue being stuck, trapped for another 2 to 3 hours after the final play!

It is WWE at this point between the sports gambling the sponsorships on the field and next year the jerseys. Players switching teams every year etc etc. might as well go to a Savannah Bannanas game it is a lot cheaper

They were certainly making a thing of it, that is for sure.
