Just to be clear, my source said nothing about how any of this would effect the game. It wasn't part of the briefing or he would have.

Jindal can start the dang contraflow whenever he damn well pleases and I will be fine with it, the quicker it starts the quicker people make their minds up and get out. Who cares if he's jumping the gun, if he doesn't then he'd be criticized for not doing so. Besides, its a football game.

New Orleans was told by Nagin and Blanco to get out of the city Friday night. I know, I was there and watched them live. We got up and out at 7am and there was ZERO traffic all the way to North LA. Are they going to force people to get out? If not, what difference will him jumping the gun make?
