I have memories of a few before but the first I truly sat and watched was Florida 1997. Still one of my all time favorites. Been hooked ever since

Regarding games I actually attended, I remember going to Purple and Gold games in the early seventies but the first real game I attended in Tiger Stadium was the 1977 game versus Rice where LSU won 77-0. Steve Ensminger was the QB and Carlos Carson (future NFL All-Pro for the Chiefs) caught (I think) 5 TD passes.
That could have been a great year as they went 8-4 but lost to Indiana and Kentucky, in addition to their automatic loss to Alabama in the 1970s before losing to Stanford in the Sun Bowl.

LSU vs Ohio State in CBS in 1987.
The game ended in a tie, but it was the first game on TV for non-cable Walker in a long time.
I was six.

I know I went to the UNC game in 86, but I think I went to one before that. I think I still want to be Wendell Davis when I grow up.

Oct. 7, 1961, an afternoon contest on TV against Georgia Tech. The Tigers won 10-0. I can remember games as far back as 1959 on the radio broadcast as I would lay down in my Grandfather's bed next to him to listen to the games. He was a big LSU fan.

I remember that game. Honest to God I had a premonition that LSU would throw a halfback pass for a touchdown on first play.
My first memory was the 1968 Sugar Bowl vs Wyoming Cowboys. I knew I was supposed to be pulling for LSU but as a 10 year old I was infatuated with the horses on the Wyoming helmets.

1956! Played Tulane in New Orleans. Was a Boy Scout and we ushered in Tulane South Stadium. LSU won 7-6. Attended 1st game in Baton Rouge in 1950. Don’t remember who we played.

LSU Auburn 1993. The first time I heard my parents dropping profanities that I can remember. I was six.
ETA: Maybe the first I recall truly watching and being into the game, LSU-Florida 1997. Was jumping up and down in the living room the whole game going nuts.
