Players see it.. check twitter, the players are behind the changes, why can't we be supportive? You think they may know more of the inner workings than that percentage?

This won't end well, not until people understand that they have no idea what is best for this program, and let it play out like it will whether they voice their opinion or not. It seems that some fans have a God complex and they think it's their job to right the ship. More harm will be done than good.

Realize what you are doing if you're in that percentage. Maybe it's best to carry on to more important things, like your family, job, etc.

I love LSU football, and that percentage ruins it. It's supposed to be an enjoyable thing, win or lose. I went to college during the championships, and I revel in it all the time. Do I wish things were that good? Absolutely. I'm ready for a another run, but there's more to life than LSU football as well.

Those that respond to this in an inflammatory way, I'm looking at you.

ETA: The real concern is recruiting will be affected by this. Imagine "protesters" out in front when Surtain and other players are visiting. How will that look?

The fans aren’t the reason we are getting beat by 30 against Mississippi State. Get your head out of your arse.

Same shite every time we've ever had a bad coach.

A bunch of morons blame the fans for noticing.

Nope the downfall is the result of our AD and head coach. Don't blame the fans.

They can’t be because they are miserable people. Pretty sad. It probably pours over into their lives. I imagine the my are probably lonely people because no one wants to be around all the negativity.

The downfall of our program will be because of people like you who do not demand excellence from the university.

I am older. I have no stake in this anymore. I love LSU, but gave up my season tix 5 years ago when my son graduated from there, as did I.

I come to this board for entertainment. People like you give it to me.

BTW, the percentage you speak of is much higher than you realize.

They are kids.

Players almost always love the coaches regardless. The players loved Miles.. the players love O.. they love em all..

That part is irrelevant.

You already have a whatever attitude. Of course there are more important things in life, but this is still something many of us look forward to. I love LSU football so much (regardless if it's bad) that it's a part of my life. I just want better for our university and players.. This management from the top is absolutely disturbing. Hiring a failure who is costing LSU millions and possibly wins because he can't keep a promise to the coach he just brought it only one year ago.. then to promote from within is just pathetic.

I sure miss the excitement we once had. Now it's just ah shucks mentality.. I miss being a top 10 program. We still have the talent to do that, but no real passion any more. i miss that feeling going into the 2011 season.

So it’s my fault LSU lost to Troy and didn’t search for a qualified coordinator? Damn, I didn’t do my job.

Oh wait, no, that was Joe Alleva.
