Ending up in a Bowl game vs Baylor in Houston is a failed season no doubt

for a top program with playoff aspirations, 8-4 and 6-6 is effectively the same. But you can print the shirts if you want.

would you rather be 6-7 or 9-4?

You know the answer.

we aint 9-4 yet

we might be 8-5

dinardo with 1 less regular season game went 10-2 and 9-3

we are at 8-4 with a extra game

I’d still rather go 8-5 than 6-7, and I think we beat Baylor. This is like playing a top half of the conference AAC team. Big 12 is dead.

I am pretty sure the issue with Dinardo was that he then went 4-7 and 2-8.

Actually an appearance in the Texas Bowl has marked the end for an LSU Football Coach.

Les in 2015, fired in 2016
Coach O in 2021, fired before bowl game

Yea, shocking right?

We have goofballs trying to compare Kelly to Gerry now. And I’m a Gerry fan but Jesus

I’m talking about the other eight years where we put up 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 wins over a ten year run. Yes, DiNardo popped a 9 and 10 win season but stepped back to 4 wins. And you know that but chose to put up the exception, not the reality because you have an agenda and not concerned about reality.

BK has the third best record in the SEC over the last 3 years, maybe use your head instead of regurgitating the crybaby shite you hear.

Any competent head coach could come here and do the same thing, he hasn't won shite yet. The Ed O excuse is over

Co-champs at best. We didn’t go to the SECCG either year though, so we don’t claim that. This ain’t Ole Miss, baw.

What's his record against top 10 and top 25 teams while at LSU? That should give you a good idea of where the program ranks nationally.

Right, so didn’t win. We aren’t ole miss claiming that shite.

This is so irrelevant it hurts. Who gives a shite. If Gerry had continued that clip, he would have coached at LSU for a very long time. But he didn’t, he fell apart. Same for Orgeron. When Kelly puts up those records, he’ll be fired. Until then, spare me this “record over this stretch” nonsense.

Bro, he has literally regressed every single season here. Do you think his tenure is trending in right direction right now?

This roster has so many holes in it right now. The lack of development/evaluation of the 2023 class has set him back. The top half of the class is gone, and only 3 players (Stamps, Weeks, Chester) from that class are getting meaningful reps.

From where he took over, yes. I feel a lot more optimistic with Kelly than any season under Miles or Orgeron (outside 2019).

Blame the portal and NIL.

Miles was fired for 8-4/9-3 seasons. Like it's not even debatable.

2013 9-3
2014 8-4
2015 9-3
2016 2-2 (fired)

Again, the question is asked why BK is being held to a lower standard? Seems like 10-2 or better next season or the seat should be hot (if we could afford to buy him out).

When he took over LSU was playing in the Texas bowl with 39 scholarships and now he’s got LSU in the Texas bowl with probably about 20 more players on the bowl roster.

Truly a master class and deserves every penny

Hey baw, next Sunday, instead of posting something like this, please just come to my house, kick me in the nuts, and sing "Rocky Top" while I roll around on the ground in anguish.

That would probably be better than this.
