I wore a blinged out Beat Bama chain similar to that this year.

I've seen Bama fans with truck nuts and anti Auburn shirts. Should we emulate that?

To be fair, "beat bama" rolls off tounge nicely. "Beat Lsu" does not.

These milesanistas will come up with any excuse to defend him. No doubt Miles wanted a squib kick and the kicker did make a mistake.

Catastrophe syndrome is the biggest issue...

The biggest problem is that many lsu fans have a sense of entitlement in the sense that lsu should be in the national championship game. Our successes have spoiled us not to mention there are fans still mad that saban left lsu and has won titles for Alabama.

So with all the talent we have, we shouldn't expect to be in the NC picture? Right now we are looking at the NC from the west upper stands.

Ok.

LSU coach Les Miles said the kickoff was supposed to go out of the back of the end zone.

But you say no doubt that he wanted to squib it.

and our coach who the pumpers hold in such high regard can usually be blamed for a bonehead decision causing us to lose when we do play that perfect game
name how the last 2 losses to bama were Les's fault.

We need to get over the rematch in the Bama NC game. I think LSU is slowly digressing since then. We need to forget & move on!!!!!

For now, we are in the striving second tier. "Beat Bama" shirts are appropriate. Our goal should be to make them unnecessary.

I thought this was going to be about tailgating overtaking the game itself.

The man is a liar.

The LSU little brother syndrome against bama is astounding. That's the game I look forward to every year, but I don't act like it's some huge rivalry game.

The biggest problem with the LSU culture is that a player is perceived to be not a good player if you don't leave after your junior year. The perception is that Only the sucky players stay for their senior year (with one exception). Anyone and everyone leaves after their junior year, even if they don't get drafted.Alabama players leave after their junior year only if they're going to be a first or second round pick.

Expectations are very high with our fan base, and they should. However, being realistic and knowing each season is different will help a lot. Stop looking at that other down to the East.
