Yeah, it very clearly states in the article that the x-girlfriend accuses Lowery of stalking her, verbally assaulting her, and hitting one of her friends in the bar.

This jives with the story that Wing got hit in the bar by Lowery well before the brawl that has gotten all the attention.

Lowery = Chuck Norris for removing the innocent truck victim from about 15-20 big strong football players, with obvious, evil intent.

Dude should be a superhero.

Not that I'm disputing anything Liz said, but I find it interesting how Lowery's statements, Long's statements, 3rd party witnesses on the scene, as well as apparently the victims at the hospital are all disputed immediately and called into question. Yet this girl (who refused to comment) applies for an order of protection and everything she said is fact. Maybe I should try your tactics. Liz is a "victim" right? How do we know her friend didn't hit Lowery first? How do we know his "yelling" wasn't just an argument? How do we know she is even telling the truth? We have only heard the side of the "victim". Give me a fricking break.

Well a least this story is backed by a restraining order. Apparently the legal system seems to believe her as well.

Elizabeth B. Siadous, 18, says in a petition for protection from abuse that on the night of Aug. 18, her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Lowery, 21, followed her to a bar, cursed and yelled at her, cornered her several times and hit one of her friends.

The name of the bar was not listed in the petition, which was filed with East Baton Rouge Parish Family Court late Wednesday.

Lowery has told Baton Rouge police he was at Shady’s bar on Boyd Drive early Aug. 19 and was beaten by Jefferson and other LSU football players, according to a police report released Thursday.

Police are investigating the beating, but no arrests have been made.

In her request for a temporary restraining order, Siadous also alleges that on Aug. 3, Lowery showed up at her Baton Rouge home and forced his way inside.

Lowery began screaming and crying and refused to leave, the petition says.

Lowery also previously followed Siadous to New Orleans and threatened her friends, the petition says.

A judge granted the temporary restraining order Wednesday and set a September hearing date.

Lowery, contacted by phone, declined comment.

Siadous could not be reached for comment.
