Probably should have called in a bomb threat to Bryant Denny when we beat the shite out of them a few weeks later.

Bama doesn't even care about Auburn. They only care and think about Big Brother/Daddy LSU

Because ruining his life over a really dumb decision that fortunately had little real impact seems like a no brainer

If the stadium had been evacuated and people got hurt in the panic, etc; this story has a different ending I'd imagine.

Police say he confessed to making the threat in an effort to halt the game because “his friend was on the verge of losing a large bet,” booking records show.

I never heard this part. "his friend"

Kids make mistakes. Not worth ruining his life over.

But yet kids in some neighborhoods are arrested and charge for having less than an ounce of weed on them. So they go into the system.

But at least make that gump go to jail for a night. What a POS. Good representation of that fan base.

Yeah, that Hillar Moore is notoriously beholden to Bama boosters.

We've got loads of folks in jail for smoking weed.

People's lives are ruined over dumb decisions all the time. Just because there wasn't a significant impact this time doesn't mean there wouldn't be one the next time.

This guy should have been made an example of.

I doubt this happens any more. If it does, it should not. What is your point? That we should screw 2 kids over? Two wrongs don't make a right.

So because other lives were ruined, that means do it some more in what is a victimless crime? I can't get behind that. We should be trying to lower the number of non-violet offenders, not increasing it.
