Wow. This just gives me a big, ugly case of the sads thinking I won't get to see Leonard carry the pigskin again in P&G.
Every time he touched the ball I would watch a little more closely for the next great play.
He gave this ol' Tiger a lot of good memories in such a short time. Too short of time.
Nothing but best wishes and God bless Leonard.

LF was a great ambassador for LSU and college football. I wish him the best in the next phase of his career.
RESPECT from a Gump.

Leonard was indeed an outstanding representative of LSU, and one of the most talented players to ever wear the purple and gold.
Best wishes to him.
On a related thought, he does not need to play vs. Louisville. This may give Nick Brosette and Darrell Williams good chances to give us a sneak preview of next season, as we all know Guice is outstanding.

Thanks, #7. We will miss you.
Miles owes you an apology.

And with the 3rd pick in the 2017 draft the New Orleans Saints have traded their 1st & 2nd round picks in 2017 & 2018 to LA Rams to move up and select Leonard Fournette of LSU!

Or, he owes Miles an apology for tap dancing like a timid deer when he got the ball vs. Alabama in '14 and '15 ..

Glad I got to see him against Ole Miss this year. That was a ridiculous game by LF.

Doesn't matter who, what, when, where or how . . . there's always THAT one!

well he did not do everything the right way for his 3 yrs. guess you forgot about the 2016 season florida game huh? well he pushed an florida assistant coach, heated words got exchanged and he felt it was best for him to play cause he got little feelings hurt and ultimately hurt the team in that game. but other than that classy guy, hope he does well and gets whatever he wants in life. i got one question about lf7, did he graduate with a degree? he did not break any records that i know of, think he tied the number of td in one game, he did not get the most career rushing yards at lsu out of all running backs that came to lsu, and we didnt get a championship with leonard when we should have with his talent. damn he was awesome to watch, did it with such ease except vs bama. next yr in 2017 lsu will beat bama no question :) i can feel it. hope fournette will be on sidelines watching that game with the tigers

Leonard, you brought excitement to the stadium and TV crowds every time the ball touched your hands as we all knew the capacity to take it all the way....
It has been a pleasure and honor watching you grow, play, lead, and excel as a Tiger and nothing but good wishes come my way as you continue to pursue your dreams....
I'd love to see you exchange your purple and gold of LSU for the black and gold of the Saints...

Greatest running back to ever put on the purple and gold. Thanks for representing LSU and Louisiana with 100% class.

I remember reading his story on ESPN when he was being recruited. He went through so much shite in his life. He kept his head on straight and stayed humble. Hell of a back, great person. Not an LSU fan, but I admired the hell out of fournette.

There was a scuffle between both teams and someone got in front of him, probably talking shite. Not saying it's ok to push a coach but he didn't hurt anyone and it was a heat of the moment thing. That's the WORST thing he did and it really isn't bad. Also, not his fault we lost that game at all. Come on man.

did he graduate with a degree?
Needs one more semester to graduate - only three years out of high school.
quote:
he did not break any records that i know of
Freshman rushing yards
Single Season rushing yards
Single Season rushing TDs
Single game rushing yards (since broken by Guice)
Tied most TDs in one game

Not his fault we had a coach that didn't know how to recruit a QB.

hope fournette will be on sidelines watching that game with the tigers
Would be great to see
