TGBFTL members, can any of you tell me what drum sticks the snare drummers use?

They look just like the ones we used my senior year but I can’t think of the name to save my life. I wanna say Hannums but the bead looks different from what I remember.

Started the season with VF Murray Gusseck's, switched to VF Roger Carter's mid season.

You ain't a man until you march with Dennis Delucia's sticks. Those things will melt your wrists!

Which, as it turns out, was necessary to play better half time shows the remaining part of the year. Without that loss, Tiger Band would have undoubtedly struggled all season long.

Remember after that loss when this board thought they would never do another good show all season? Pshaw... Honestly, it's a testament to both Damon Talley and Dennis Llinás for just how good they are to have orchestrated that kind of turn around given the amount of talent and youth left by the previous directors of bands.

I had a pair of these double taped throughout most of the 2004 season. I would use them only in the stands. They made the Hardimons we had feel like feathers.

Also booooo on switching to Vic from Innovative!

IP Jim Casellas are where it's at. We used those when I marched Louisiana Stars in 2016, and I prefer them to the IP Bret Kuhns, which we used in 2015.

Haven't played on IPs since 2005, but Kuhns were my favorite. Early 2000's Cavaliers drumlines were awesome!

PhiBootaRoota07..........Bend down and kiss the ring of a member of the original PBR class at LSU. (1980)

Roy (King) and Scooter (Wooten) brought it to LSU when they transferred from Southern Miss.............

Sorry for the late reply, but what years did he march? Odds are I know who he is.

Also, I heard one of the Tigerband snares made Academy. Marched LA Stars with him in 2016. Props to him.
