Just a guess, but this is a reaction to Auburn’s 4 slot RPI drop after the A&M loss…LSU can’t afford that kind of drop, so JJ is throwing his next best guy to assure the win.

What? No. You let someone who will never see the light of day pitching next weekend if you win tomorrow. You should pitch your best guys tomorrow all of them and clean the BP out. Evans, Shores, Cowan, and Noot should pitch tomorrow. If they win throw one of the guys at them like Schimidt and give him a chance. He's not going to pitch next weekend for LSU anyway.

1) AE pitched so he could get work for next week and have flexibility on who he can throw
2) win so we can play more than 1 game
3) I don’t remember. Some coaches talk shite he said

Agree. Man, I thought we were going to give it up late in the 9th when they got runners on. We could not hit anything towards the end. I don't think most of the batter were even seeing the ball. Glad we hung on.
