You could argue that so far Marshall is doing more with less. His talent and ability is clearly next level.

They won’t care.

They might care that he's a bit rusty. Marshall certainly has the ability to pass him if he continues to dominate. Chase will still be a top 15 pick or first rounder at worst.

Marshall mid to late 1st if he tests well

This.

Unless Marshall just keeps going fricking nuts.

If he finishes with 1400 yards and 20 TDs then he may pass chase

No... Let it go. Stop looking for a "feel good" story because you're upset Chase opted out.

The Best One.

Waddle has never had a 1000 yard reviving season.
Smith has statistically his best season last year and wasn’t graded as a first rounder.

Both have something to prove to the NFL. chase doesn’t.

Oh really? I hold zero I’ll will toward Chase for sitting out, none. But please explain the glaring superiority he has over Marshall please.

Marshall will test better than Chase in every measurable category at the combine. Book it.

Chase is extremely strong and overpowers DB’s at the LOS better, but that’s it. I’m happy I have witnessed the greatness of both. But you are an idiot.

Before the season I would have said no chance, but I still think there's a chance Chase opting out and sitting at home while guys like Marshall are putting outstanding stuff on film could come back and bite Chase in the arse.

Not saying he's going to go from a top 5 pick to outside the first round, but I definitely could see it costing him a bit of money.

This situation proves who on here actually watches and knows at least a little something about football outside of LSU. You don’t have a season like chase did if you aren’t elite.

Say the bengals have a top 5 pick and ask burrow which WR they should draft. Is he passing on Chase bc he opted out?

I asked you first, tool. Post 40, log jump, shuttle, bench, etc. There is a reason Marshall was a higher rated recruit. The fact that you don’t know shite and continue to blather is painfully obvious.

Chase will have to answer the question on why he opted out.
What question?

NFL teams would prefer he sat out and not play after last season.

He showed that he placed his NFL career as his #1 top priority, but we act like the NFL will hate him for doing that.

Lol no. Marshall is gonna be good, but chase is better than Odell was coming out. Marshall is more like the Landry in this comp, and that's obviously not a knock on either of them

I think Chase will also beat Marshall in the shuttle and 3-cone drills. The vert, standing long jump, and 40 I’m not sure about.

I think Marshall is better. Chase had an incredible season no doubt, but I think Marshall has a better NFL career.

All three no doubt first round talents going into the season. Two chose to play with their team in an uncertain situation, one did not. Who do you think gets picked first? And don’t drag me into your contrarian bullshite by changing what I just plainly laid out.

The one that NFL teams think is best gets picked first. That Chase opted out is irrelevant or won't be held against him.

Sure, the 2 in your example that did not opt out could play out of their mind and leapfrog him. But that, again, would be based on the 2 players NFL ability per scouts, and Chase sitting out wouldn't be the direct reason he fell below them.

What the frick are you talking about?

Landry is an excellent route runner, but not overly big, fast, or strong. He’s 5’11 and runs a mid 4.5 40, a perfect slot guy. Marshall is 6’3 and runs a 4.4. He’s gonna play outside the hash in the NFL. Randy Moss would be a better comparison.
