The players got smashed in Tigerland last night. Happens every time LSU takes the first two games in a series. It's a timeless tradition spanning generations of players.

I happened to be sitting near his Dad last season for the first series that he was benched. Dad had several alma mater buddies with him and the experience was awkward as hell. I've truly wanted Jake to get it turned around more than I typically would, so please understand I'm not ragging on him.

Normally I’m cool with Johnny Wholestaff, but
Labas, or Gilbert should’ve started. Yeah Gilbert got hit at aTm, but he isn’t that bad.
Labas earned a shot today.
We went from having 4 starters to not having a Sunday starter. I don’t get that.

This UT coach uses the shift way too much. Used it on Dups and Jordan and neither are pull only hitters. Got burned by it both times.
