I’m curious, what provider are you using in 2023 that you don’t get ESPNU?

Damn! Completely forgot about work tomorrow - feels like Friday night.
Same here, especially on Eastern Time. At least I'm working remote. It's an exciting win, but I should probably go to bed now.

No question. The broadcast said he averaged 93 last year; now averaging 99

I know this question isn't directed at me, but TruVista. I get most of the ESPN channels, just not ESPNU.

Yes. I can't make Thursday in person, but I've already got tickets for the Friday and Saturday games.

Interesting, I’ve never heard of TruVista. I’m always surprised that more people don’t just use YouTube TV.

I’m headed down for the Thursday and Friday games. I’ll text you Friday.

Way to go from the bottom of the lineup at the end. Essentially nothing on the night from Crews and White at the plate. Gotta believe they get something going the rest of the way.
Just grinding out pitches.

still never saw Dugas' HR. was that shite fair baw
Looked foul as frick to me but we're just inside the foul pole lookin up at a slight angle. I quickly looked down at 3b and the ump was emphatic about it being fair. I was reluctant to cheer at first. But I'll take it!

Skenes curve he was throwing tonight was ridiculous. The drop on it and the movement on his fastball is damn near untouchable
Posted on 3/30/23 at 11:25 pm to MasterAbe1
I’m amazed he just learned that curve

We splurged and got dugout seats… I’m sitting and eating in champions club and didn’t notice.
My wife says “isn’t that…???? …”
Yes it was… Skip Bertman and Paul Mainieri sitting right next to us…. I felt like a kid watching them. At 6:58pm Paul tells Skip “let’s Geaux watch some baseball”
Skip Bertman wears a lanyard with an ID that reads “Skip Bertman”
… so bad arse
I wanted to shake his hand but I was trying to respect his privacy. Still it was so awesome to see him and coach (Paul) come to a Thursday night game. What a fricking awesome night and outcome

More from Leah Vann
Johnson on Dollander: "I saw a few 98s on the board — the fastball has such good ride and run that if you're not on it, as far as your timing and what you're trying to do with direction, he is going to eat everybody. We were on it and it was still hard. I'm looking up there in the fourth inning and we have one hit and I'm like: 'I don't think we've done that bad against this guy.'" #LSU
Asked Paul Skenes why he throws to right-handed batters from the first-base side of the rubber and to left-handed batters from the third-base side:
"It tunnels better with each one because I'm such a lateral/ horizontal pitcher. I was third base side for the entirety of the season last year and from recent memory I was on the third base side because I felt that was a tough angle to hit on, but with the new slider -- it's a 40-inch difference sometimes, so being able to tunnel that was a bit tougher. So, I moved over to the first base side in the fall and started switching up the sides just because we realized it would tunnel better off the third base side to lefties." #LSU

They’re both super nice guys and would have shaken your hand if you had said something.

I was irrationally annoyed when the Tennessee second baseman ran over to left field to catch a pop-up. Then he didn't back off one that his right fielder was clearly calling. I know, not my team. Kid just seems annoying.
Fun opener. I hope we take the series tonight!
