That's one of the worst AB's Skenes has ever had in terms of pitch sequencing.
Tried to throw off the timing with the 0-2 pitch and then every pitch after that wasn't even competitive.

It’s not at all. I’m a big Tre guy but he’s not Crews and Dollander isn’t a chump. Also the 3rd is different then the 1st. Tigers let him wiggle off the hook. Back to back walks to start an inning and tigers don’t score? That’s bad baseball
The name of the game isn’t hitting, it’s scoring runs. Make the moves that are going to score runs. Again, a 2 run lead in this game would feel like 7.
