They are moving him back to the Mike, he’s a true Mike. Whit will be at the Will like he’s been playing and Dottery will be the Sam when they go 3 LBS

Blocton will be a junior.
This defense is deep and experienced, only one projected starter not in 3rd or 4th year. Tons of talent as backups and rotational.

Pretty much everything you have there is wrong besides Reliford, McKinley, Weeks, Woodland, and Pickett. I also think JaKeem Jackson will push Woodland for playing time.

DE: Umanmielen, Ross
DT: McKinley, Green
LB: Weeks, Dottery
CB: Pickett, Woodland
S: Cooley, Benefield
Star: Spears
Reliford right there with Ross.
Keys right there with Dottery or as 3rd LB in place of Spears.
Basically 13 starters.
Lamar Brown and Richard Anderson the 2 main x-faxtors. Both could be anywhere from impact players to not in the rotation depending on their development and readiness to play in year 1.

STAR: Zach Weeks.
Star has a lot of responsibilities and WE need somebody with "Fast Information Processing Skills" that can handle the assignment overload and not get lost mentally.
Yikes dude.

Do u trust them more than the Les Miles/John Chavis staff?
DE: Barkevious Mingo
DT: Michael Brockers
DT: Bennie Logan
DE: Sam Montgomery
LB: Kevin Minter
LB: Ryan Baker
LB: Karnell Hatcher
DB: Mo Claiborne
DB: Eric Reid
DB: Tyrann “Honeybadger” Mathieu
DB: Tharold Simon
2011
Best defense not only in LSU history but football history. I do think this defense in 2026 will be top 5 maybe top 3 in the nation.

Delane, Dottery, and Benefield we're not brought in as backups. These, plus several more will play a ton of snaps, whether they're nominally starters or not

We have two new DT from the portal. I'm almost certain one will start over Shone Washington. Time to update your starting defense.
