I’m betting the POS should already be in prison for prior convictions that he was let off easy on. Our justice system is shite.

when something like this happens not in North Baton Rouge but rather Essen Lane/Perkins, I wonder "where did this guy actually come from?"
Did he somehow travel across town to commit this crime? Or does he live somewhere off Staring Lane?
