Having programs like Murray St, UTSA, Coastal all in Omaha would be awesome. One of those not like the other but like how the odds in baseball even the playing field some. Don’t get to see those non-P5 teams get realistic shots much in other sports

No. If win a regional, you deserve to get what should be a more favorable matchup than if you got re-seeded toward the bottom.

Back in the 48 team tournament days they used to reseed once they got to Omaha and half the time the seeds made no sense.

Miami choked big time down the stretch.
Had bases loaded with 1 out in the 7th, stranded a lead off double in the 8th, stranded a runner on 2nd with 1 out in the 9th.

So much for 4 ACC teams in Omaha. Could realistically only end up with Louisville from ACC in CWS. Could have as many as 6 different conferences represented and an independent. Looking like we’re gonna have some diversity
