Rumor was that J. Booty tossed it out of the stadium on the South Endzone side from the 20.
I bet he did that during a game while trying to hit his brother on a deep post route...

Vick throws some heat, he'll roll out and flick it 60 yards easily

Yea, unfortunately for him it is only 50 yards from sideline to sideline. Some similance of accuracy is required for this discussion.

No it's not. This conversation is about who can throw the ball the farthest. If we're talking about accuracy, the list changes drastically.

Me other than that I would have to say
1. bradshaw, cunningham, Jones, marino, farve and the qb for Atanta falcons when June Jones was there, I can not think of his name, but probably had the strongest arm of all, he was traded to a few other teams as well, I think Kansas City and the Oakland Raiders.

The cow and a couple of these UK players would probably vote for Marcus Randall

This sounds crazy, but David Klingler had a cannon. He had no idea where it was going. But he could wing it.

The cow looks like he was getting shoved by a trainer or someone.

Kyle Boller can throw the ball into the endzone from mid-field on his knees. That has worked out pretty well for Baltimore.

Sorry... call me Homer. It's Bert Jones. I grew up on Bert Jones.
From wikipedia:
He (Jones) possessed one of the strongest arms ever to play in the NFL. Many observers believe that only John Elway, Brett Favre and Doug Williams have had similar arm strength. Bert was reportedly able to throw the ball nearly 100 yards in the air in his prime. The widely respected scout Ernie Accorsi is quoted as saying that if Bert Jones had played under different circumstances, he probably would have been the greatest player ever. John Riggins has been quoted as saying Bert was the toughest competitor he has ever witnessed. On the eve of Super Bowl XLII New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, in discussing his choices for the greatest quarterbacks of all time, described Jones as the best "pure passer" he ever saw.

On Ray Guy --
Here's a quote from Kenny Stabler on Ray GUy -
I've heard Jamarcus say that he can throw the ball about 80-85 yards. So, Ray Guy was apparently up there with Jamarcus.

Stabler said he believes Guy's athleticism was another reason Davis took a chance on him, saying he had the strongest arm on the Raiders' team.
"I could throw the ball about 65 yards, but Ray could throw it about 80 or 85," Stabler said.

Elwyay could probably throw the furthest, but Favre has always throw the ball harder IMO.

History ... like NBA centers before Shaquille O'Neal. JaMarcus Russell resets the bar for armstrength IMO.
