I'm in the band, and I was on the field for pregame. We were just standing there at attention during the flag-raising. We were told at practice the other day that there would be a fly-over at the end of the national anthem. So I thought they flew over already and I just couldn't hear it because we were playing.

I was staring straight forward and couldn't look up so I just hear a huge roar and a shadow flash by.
Needless to say it scared the shite out of me.

I wonder if that whiny voiced Appy St. play by play guy was in Tiger Stadium today?

You know, the guy that everyone heard call the final field goal block vs. Michigan.

They're jumping the gun so they don't frick up again like they did with Katrina.

I remember I woke up Sunday morning, only about 20 hours before landfall...
and Nagan said they would make it a mandatory evacuation.
It hit the next morning. They waited way too long.

So now they want to start 3 days in advance....

Who knows...

I think Obama needs to get down here and flex his already wanna-be presidential muscles and tell us what to do!

Maybe he can criticize McCain on not being so involved on whether LSU plays football or not.

I bet he could just stand on the roof of the Superdome, stare Gustav right in the eye, and scare it right into Mexico!

We don't even know where this thing is going to hit!

It won't even enter the Gulf until after the game Saturday night. They still won't know where it's going to hit on Saturday!

What if they cancel the game and this thing fricking hits on Tuesday around Houston?

They haven't told us about it affecting our march time into Tiger Stadium.

Moorhouse just told us today at practice that we won't be doing the PMAC thing.

I said he screwed up the call on Miles to Michigan.
So he felt stupid and now he wants LSU fans to forget by sucking up to us.

Does anyone else remember what Keith Jackson said right before the kickoff of the 2006 Rose Bowl? (Texas vs. USC)
