You mad! They have a resume to be proud of still. Yes they lost to Alabama but look what else they accomplished. They beat the PAC 12 Champ, Big East Champ, Rose Bowl Champ, Orange Bowl Champ, BCS Champ. It was a good year ended on a bad note but you can't take away yes they are SEC Champs who suffered a tough loss in the BCS. They split 1-1 with Bama only Bama gets the trophy since it was the title game. This LSU squad will still be one of the best teams college football has seen. Defense pretty much kept bama to field goals gave up a touchdown late when they were pretty much defeated. Most games 21 points and LSU comes away with a win. Bama played great and got the win. Tip your hat and quit trying to take away from our school or jump off the bandwagon. Please do anyway.

and comparing an AP title in '03 and this year's conference title makes no sense here.
Losing the way we did will never take away what this team accomplished this year. Who we beat, where we beat them and how we beat them will NEVER be tainted by such an act.
There's a 100 other universities that would love to just sniff a shot at the nat'l championship game, let alone celebrate a conference championship in the most prestigious conference in college football.

In 2001 we lost to Florida 44-15 were we the best team in the SEC that day? No. This year we werent the best team on 1/9. However over the course of the regular season we were better. We have more wins we have the same amount of losses. We just won the game that decided the SEC champion they happened to win the game that decided the National Champion.

I really hope that you're being sarcastic. If not, Ole Miss could always use new fans.
Go tell them how meaningless an SEC Championship is. I'd be curious to see if they still have any fans left that know what one feels like.

Yes obviously the NC is a bigger deal. However this is in response to the OP trying to diminish our SEC championship which was rightfully earned by players who went all out for it.
