It is getting old to hear that every single time. It looses it's thunder and meaning when you do it every time. It also starts playing way to early so it's on a loop over and over. It is very annoying that way.
I do agree it has a special time and place. Like when we just scored a go ahead touchdown or we need a good drive on offense to keep the momentum. That is when it needs to be used as motivation.
Besides that it needs to be squashed DJ

I suffered through that awful noise for many years before I even discovered it was someone supposedly saying "Louisiana". I honestly thought it was just some grunt chant that the kids liked.

When I first heard it, I thought it was saying something about a weasel... Like "pop pop pop weasel"
I have 2 issues with it
1. Profanity. Not kid friendly for those who take their kids to a game
2. Almost half of our players are not from Louisiana.
