miles and stud should get a lot of the blame but I don't recall any plays where the PLAYERS made a play on offense. the offensive players are not making ANY plays so they deserve an equal share of the blame

How is pointing out facts trolling? Maybe I can be like others here and just base my comments on shear emotion and stupidity.

Since you like stats, maybe you should look up LSU's total offensive ranking the last 5 years. Total offensive ranking doesn't take into account defensive and special teams TD's like scoring offense does.

I'll hang up and listen.

Are you retarded? This offense has been horrible under Miles with the exception of 07 When Jimbo was OC.Furthermore,You do realize defense and ST were involved in that scoring average.

You are abviously and idiot.

Do you not realize that ppg game could be the result of numerous factors such as defensive and special teams scores or turn overs giving the offense short fields. Take the time to look at NCAA offical stats for offensive production. That my moronic friend would be more informative.

The lack of player execution is coaching. Its the ocaching staffs job to recruit capable young men, coach them and develop the talent and teach them to execute. If that does not happen its the coaches fault for either recruiting someone with poor skills or not developing them. It all comes back to coaching.

LSU's total offensive ranking

Edit (I was looking at wrong category)...this is NCAA rank in yds/game
2012 - 77
2011 - 86
2010 - 86
2009 - 112

Didn't go back further than that.

Funny...

Our defense lost the Thorpe Award Winner, the Bednarik Award Winner, a 1st Round NFL DT, a starting LB to grades, and a 3-year staring safety to the NFL and they still manage to be one of the best defenses in the nation.

Maybe coaching DOES have something to do with it...
This sums it up perfectly.

Word on the street is that he couldn't get away from Miles fast enough either.

Um...

Don't take my comment out of context a-hole. The poster said I said the problem was EXCLUSIVELY the OLine, which I never said. Learn to read or GTFO.

Stop blaming Miles. Everybody is acting like he is the head coach or something. What's up with that? Also 2 SEC games played and 1 touchdown is impressive if you ask me.

OK.

Same inept passing game that manifested itself more prominently towards the end of the season when we played better defenses, and ultimately costed us a national championship.

How was that?

That's apparently irrelevant though because we scored 37.6 points per game last year. We also torched Bama for 92 yards and no points in the biggest game ever.

But stop blaming Miles and the offense. It's just a simple case of lack of execution.
