I hated on Damone last year and earlier this year. However, he is one of the few players on this team that gives 100% effort on every play. Therefore, he can do whatever he wants in my book. That was a good hit that prevented a touchdown.

What?? Damone plays hard, but he was a total jackass last night and that was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen one of our players do as the other team was about to take the go-ahead score. It was laughable and he didn't hit the dude until he gained 8 or 9 yards and set them up for an easy score.

Eh, did he give 100% on the play where Nix scored? That was pretty weak imo. Regardless, the flexing is cringey and frustrating and it’s many of our players. And, it’s almost every play it seems. It’s one thing if we were good (although I still wouldn’t like it), but we aren’t so it makes it that much more ridiculous.

The self focusing on this team, and in college football in general, is really disheartening but also laughable. You make one good play, which you should make because you practice and prepared for it, and you think your frickin Superman.
Get yourself up and start thinking about how to stop the next one. If you score a TD, throw the ball the the ref, thank your O/line and go sit yourself on the bench.
