They left it on the field. That's all true tiger fans can expect.

Well said. LSU will always be my team, win or lose. They showed heart today and for that, I am very proud of them!

I agree... love my team, it was a great game and I had a blast. Hats off to the defense, their best outing of the season.

That was probably the most fun game of this year. It felt like last year and I really believed they could pull it out the entire way. Even with the mistakes, they played hard. This is what we've been expecting and waiting for. Never been prouder

How? We lose alot of the offensive line. Still will have problems at QB. We also lose some on defensive line.

Bah..this happy feelgood crap is just that. Les Miles let down his team after a superb play by the special teams. Lee hasn't got better ..just worse. We moved the ball all night on the ground. What a horrible call on 3rd down.

No. It's not. Just separating ourselves from the fricknuts who claim to support our team. Thick and thin, buddy, thick and thin. Some of us have been around awhile and understand that these are not NFL players. Some of them are barely out of HS.

Get over yourself or save your venom for somebody who believes like you and gives a shite.

I don't.

That post was aimed at Miles not Lee. But if you want to bring that up his pick sixes lead the NCAA. I am a tiger fan. Proud to live here. I pay for my tickets and I give to the TAF. So that indeed DOES give me the right to bitch and complain if I want to.

As well as you should be proud of your team. They played a great game. And let me be the first to say if ya'll had a little better QB play it would be me talking about how my team play hard but came up short. So go finish out strong and beat the hell out of whoever they match ya'll up with in a bowl game.

Sure. Bitch away, my friend. But this was a heroic effort by a team that wouldn't quit. I'm proud of the defense, who gave away next to nothing today. And the offense, who never gave up. Not our year, but I'm still just proud.

I'm very proud to be a Tigah Fan!!

The coaches, and esp. the defensive groups had this team well prepared and FIRED up for a very important game...

The team played with a lot of heart, and fought like true tigers.

The stadium was chocked full and looked and sounded great!

Mike was in his cage and reppin' like he should!

I live in the bullseye of Gump-dom, and have NO REASON to hang my head around here!

Young and still learning at several positions. This one was tough to take for me and mine. Imagine how they feel as players.

The world is not ending and the sun will rise tomorrow and the LSU Tigers will still be my team. This makes all of the great wins in the recent past all the sweeter because its SO fricking hard to do what we have done over the last few years.

How many fans here remember the bad years? My bet is alot of you. We are bowl eligible and hopefully, will finish the season well. Sure, we have some issues to resolve on offense but we will be fine.

LSU's defense played a great ballgame and deserves recognition for their effort. They just couldn't overcome the offensive gifts to Alabama.

Real heartbreaker for our team. There is no reason to tear them down anymore than they are probably doing to themselves.

Just who in the hell else are ya gonna pull for?

ETA: I'm also pulling for the SEC to play for it all.

GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!

VERY well said. i agree with everything except i have one side note: i hope alabama gets destroyed by florida in the SECCG. i would have a hard time pulling for bama if they made it to the NCG.

Classy. Hang around here. We always like to see fans from other schools enjoy our great board. check out the OT and some of the other boards here.

But be warned. This place will suck the time from your productive life.

I also live in Tuscaloosa. I will hear a lot of crap this week but will ignore all of it because I am extremely proud of my tigers. Lee was thrown into this position with no experience, and obviously hes the best man for the job or Miles would not be starting him. Im sick of hearing all this bull crap about Lee and the coaches. A true tiger fan would be supportive of their team that just played with a lot of heart. Lee plays with a lot of heart and is the future of this team. Defense played great. Great post by the way.
