Bama looked overwhelmed tonight and physically outmatched. What gives?

Physically outmatched is a very strong phrase.. Clemson Oline just held their blocks for their great QB and receivers to make plays..gotta have a good Oline

We couldn't block them

Clemson blocked very well

And Lawrence is special QB

Emsfinger!!! Until he is replaced as the oc we won’t be scoring on them next year. He should be the quarterback coach.

Agree. They looked physically out matched in the fourth quarter but I think that was more frustration after they realize they were not going to win this game

We haven’t scored on Alabama when Ensminger has been OC, that should tell you something.

Our offensive coordinator is a joke.

CLemson does not have a great ol. But they do a great job of taking advantage of space and mismatches and that keeps the defense off balance. Especially if you make a few plays and they start pressing.

I think LSU gets psyched out because it's bama and they lose focus!

Worst defense Bama has fielded in a decade

Hope everyone involved a Lsu watched that game last night

All about the lines (rinse and repeat )

I know that is the narrative, and I am still do not like the hire, but we don’t have the talent Clemson has.

LSU pissing all over themselves when Bama steps off the bus is what gives. Sad. Bump this next November .

Continuity of Clemson’s line. Experience counts.

Bama’s defense could not bring pressure with 5 vs only taking 4 vs LSU.

Lsu was using 6 to keep 4 defenders away and that was not working.

Clemson was using 5 to keep 5 away and it was pretty easy most of the time.

Give a QB decent time and he wins.

Yeah. Abuse ensminger was the OC since 2011. Truth is Clemson and bama are very close. Everything went Clemson’s way tonight and if they played tomorrow may be complete opposite outcome. Big mo is always huge. Lsu I love but we have not been close to the same team as bama I’m a long time. Then we play very similar style of football as bama. Tonight bama lost on both lines. Clemson gave up zero sacks and they didn’t put much pressure on Clemson all night long. Other way around tua and then hurts both were getting hit all night long. If ya want to beat bama win on the lines. We haven’t been close to winning those battles in a long time. Also Clemson’s receivers made plays. Not all of lawerence throws were dimes like the media would like you to believe their receivers helped their qb out a lot with some great catches

Recruiting rankings disagree. But I know people here actually believe LSU is the only school whose recruits don't pan out. Well, until they end up in the NFL.

LSU is a long way off from being competitive with the two teams from last night. It was sobering to watch.

Well did you see the protection Lawerence got? Dude had a pocket the entire game. Burrow said hike and 2 seconds later was either sacked or running for his life. Clemson played the perfect game. Not once did a db drop an interception. not once did a wr drop a ball. Playcalling on offense was unpredictable to keep bama guessing. I hope steve ensminger watches this film 1,000 times to see how to run an offense against bama.
