Very disappointing loss, but we expected a rollercoaster season. This team still has lots of growing and learning to do. We'll be alright.

Stay positive, Tiger fans.

Epps has stone hands. He missed an easy lay up!

How the frick do you miss a layup at 6'11

Because he right handed it over the front of the rim vs. his left over the side.

Plenty of coaching opportunities for WW coming out of this effort.

I don't see this going down as a bad loss on the resume tbh. SFA is a 25 win team

I’m not worried about our resume because we have little to no shot at the NCAAT. But we lost to a Southland team. I get it, they’re one of the best. But you have to win these games

Most predictable response I could have possibly predicted

I saw that response coming before I clicked submit

Wade needs to get this defense fixed. I know the team isn’t built for defense, but too many blown rotations and times where one screen leads to a wide open three

People need to get the NCAAT out of their minds though. 5-7 wins in the SEC and an NIT bid would be a good first season with how bad we were last year. This year is all about building a good base to move forward with next years recruiting class

Agreed. Sucks tho cuz I think it could've possibly been a quality win. I see they play 18 conf games so actually they could be close to a 30 win team once you throw in the conf tournament

At times I feel like Chavis is coaching our defense.

Bad loss. I can’t figure out how the D is so bad. I saw effort today and we had some steals, blocked or changed shots, rebounding was not terrible but we give up a ton of wide open looks.

That said, We can compete with anyone on O. It’s a fun team to watch.

If we can get some stops and limit teams to one shot we will win some games.

If not, still fun to watch but we are gonna be out scored by teams that have a pulse.

Love Wade. Fun team. Great O. Terrible D.

Geaux Tigers.
