I know Woodward and Kelly want the best for the program and in todays environment you have to have a great game atmosphere, other than the band and a game. The tools are available, they just need to implement them. Get the crowd into it, get more cheers, wake people up, etc.
Adapt or die.

I have to agree. Our largest video screen is 75% covered with static ads. Our video ribbons along the asides of the lower bowl show ads more than anything else. The PA system is the worst I've ever heard in a college football stadium. The bathrooms are antiquated and the concessions are terrible.
LSU aent out a fan engagement survey a while back, but I haven't seen many, if any, improvements.

The LSU Athletic Dept business model is not about putting people in the seats in TS. If that happens, then great. It's about the bottom line. And LSU is apparently doing well in that respect.

Other than the pregame atmosphere being a watered down version of what it used to be, our environment is fine when the game matters. Tennessee’s atmosphere is great right now because they’re having big home games in their best season in 25 years
Imo the atmosphere was better when the old stadium lights shined more on the field and left some of the higher sections in the lower bowl in the dark. I’m not even an old man yelling at a cloud, I’m 25

This is the dream. Lights cut 5 minutes before kickoff. They play the same old video pregame but when it gets to "it is haunted, and it is loud" all the lights cut off so it's pitch black as the video finishes. Then the light show starts around the stadium with Swag Surfin blaring over the speakers as the team does their run out the tunnel and onto the field with the usual fireworks. Make it happen boosters.

I don’t think the LED lights are the answer but this is false.
The stadium wasn’t full for a top 10 Ole Miss game and then emptied at the same rate even as we were winning.
There is something else wrong with our fan base that they can’t stay in their damn seats.
