I love the matchup. I wonder if Charlotte would be a destination that would be attractive to fans who don't live in that region.

I think it would.

I doubt the matchup would happen, but yes that would make for a worthwhile trip.

WTF is a Belk? A cross between a bison and an elk?

ND is a team I love watch LSU beat. Sat in the sleet storm at the INDY bowl to do it.

Always fun to match up with the Irish. They have decent talent this season but can be run on. The Tiger secondary would be tested. Probably similar to the OM or 'Bama games though I don't think ND is as good as either of them.

I was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Huge tiger fan) and spent my whole life going to many LSU games. The 2012 season and this season I have lived in Charlotte, NC for work and have gotten to go to only a handful of LSU games since then. I'd be stoked to see my Tigers play at Bank of America stadium (even though its a lesser bowl).
Its a 12 hour drive from BR to Charlotte, and a little over a 1 hr.30 min flight.
Definitely too early for predictions, but if LSU comes here, I will list all the spots for fans to hang out in the Queen City.
With the Saints coming here every year, Louisiana is familiar with the city already, but I have some spots for sure.

Even this late, bowl projections are very hypothetical, but would you be excited about LSU-Notre Dame in Charlotte on the 30th of December?

I think it would be a matchup that I would be up for and would attend.

And you?

Do you really think they know what it will be doing bowl-wise 6 weeks from now?

BTW, shite for brains, it is spelled Notre Dame

Hey dickhead, get over being a little mad bitch about a thread about 10 day weather forecasts from 3 weeks ago. You are making yourself look like an idiot.

I think it is funny everyone thinking LSU would curb stomp ND. I think we would give EG fits, especially with his propensity to turn it over both on the ground and in the air. I also think we would be able to run pretty effectively against them. With all that being said, I think they are good enough they would keep it close. I would favor LSU by a touchdown. a very last second one.

No thank you for helping with the misspelled Nortre Dame? Does this mean we cannot be friends? I am not sure I could live with myself if I could not be friends with you

Can't play Notre Dame because they will find a way to put them in the top four.

EG is better than Sims.

And ND's playcalling is just as good if not better than Bama's.

I hate ND ... I would be very nervous about this match-up.

Putting a country arse-whup'n on that delusional fan base would be very satisfying and really end the season on a high note.

Agree. When we destroyed them in the Sugar Bowl, that game started us on the way up and help them on the way down for a few years….
