I love how App fans talk about how Edwards is gonna be tuff to stop and hes this and that. We faced Tim Tebow last year. I think hes a step or two above Edwards. I mean he did win that really big trophy thats given to the best player in CFB.

LSU is NC by way of a popularity contest. You didn't earn it, the BCS is a beauty contest. Regardless of the outcome of the ASU/LSU game e've earned every one of ours by playing and winning. Maybe that's why so many want a playoff for BCS, money talks...

We talk a lot of shite because we have 2 crystal trophies, the real ones they give to div 1A teams. We talk a lot of shite because we've had 5 first round NFL picks the last 2 years alone. We talk a lot of shite because we make average QBs look all world because of all the talent they're surrounded by.

I thought that La Tech and ULL fans were bad about HAVING to beat their chest and run their mouths to get noticed, but you App St fans have the biggest case of Napoleon complex have ever seen. Nobody cares about your little school with your high school stadium. "Look at me, look at me"

You know, I really like the App. St program and became a fan after our game with them a couple of years ago.
But, man, most of the Appy guys that are posting here are douchebags.
I mean, we always get a few Dbags from other teams every week leading up to a game, but there are always an equal amount of cool guys.
Appy St is at like 99% chumps. And that is really saying something considering they are a DI-AA team.
I dont know. I still like the program. I'm not gonna let these few bad apples ruin my thoughts on there football team.
And by the way:
LSU- 38
Appy St- 10
At no point during the game will I turn to the person next to me and say that Appy St was so much better than I thought they were. Because I already know they are a decent squad, would probably be a middle of the road DIA team or so.
But the odds of Appy St pulling this upset or even coming close are so unbelievably slim that it is silly for some of these guys to be so cocky.

I've always wondered, how do you guys support your althetic program? Tuition?
Sure as hell hope it is not solely of the profits of football...that probably leaves for meager pickings for the other sports.
